Bursaries and Grants

ECI International Travel Bursary

ECI 2012 is delighted to announce that it has 26 bursaries available for international students and postdocs outside Europe.

The sum available will be £750 per bursary and successful applicants can use it to cover their trip, registration and accommodation and get reimbursed in cash at the meeting.

BSI Bursary

We are also delighted to announce that the BSI are offering a number of bursaries to financially support BSI members who wish to attend this fantastic international event in Glasgow.

EFIS Travel Grant

The European Federation of Immunological Societies (EFIS) will award travel grants to the value of 600 Euros to 200 participants (for young post-docs and PhD-students under 35 years of age) requesting financial support to attend the ECI 2012.

To be eligible for a grant, the applicant must be the first author of an abstract submitted to the ECI 2012. The applicant must also be a member of an EFIS constituent society.

Please note that only one grant will be allocated per person and the grant cannot be transferred or cumulated with another travel grant. The age limit will not strictly apply for applicants from developing countries.
