As the official organiser of the ECI Congress 2012, Kenes UK are offering special reduced rates for various hotels in Glasgow including special offers on Marriott and Radisson Blue (see below)
Rates quoted are per room per night, inclusive of VAT and breakfast.
In case of tax/VAT changes, the rates will be updated accordingly. Rates are subject to change.
Rooms are available from Tuesday, 4th September until Saturday, 8th September 2012 inclusive unless otherwise stated.
Please note that because the congress is fast approaching we can now only accept payment by credit/debit card for hotel bookings.

We strongly recommend that hotel accommodation is booked early.
Please complete the online hotel booking form to book a room and receive your automatic confirmation email.
PAYMENT:
Payment must be made in full to confirm the hotel reservation before the congress. Payment instructions can be viewed here.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY:
All changes/cancellations must be received in writing by fax or email to Kenes UK at eci@kenes.com. Please do not contact the hotel directly because your reservation has been booked with Kenes UK.
- Cancellation of booking/nights received 60 days prior to arrival: full refund less 10% administration fee.
- Cancellation of booking/nights received 30 days prior to arrival: one night charge.
- Cancellation of booking/nights received less than 30 days prior to arrival: no refund.
Late arrival /early departure fee: If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
