Please note: ECI is a paperless congress. If you would like a printed copy of the programme please specify this on the registration form. Printed programmes are £30 each and those who have purchased one can collect it from the registration desk on arrival at the congress.
*10% Discount on Registration Fees for the ECI and EVIW
(4th European Veterinary Immunology Workshop)
If you are attending both ECI and EVIW you can receive a 10% discount on the registration fees for both conferences. EVIW will be held on 02 – 04 September 2012 at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. The EVIW programme reflects current trends and new developments in veterinary immunology. Edinburgh is a less than 1 hour away from Glasgow by train and full details of EVIW can be found here: http://immunology.org/evi2012
To register for ECI and receive a 10% discount: please select “I am attending the full congress and EVIW” to register and receive the 10% discount on the registration fees. do the same when registering for EVIW to receive your 10% discount.
Please note: you must complete registration for both ECI and EVIW to recieve the 10% discount otherwise you will be asked to make full payment for both events.

Letters for Visa Applications
If you require a letter to confirm your registration please complete the online registration form and make payment. Once payment has been received we will be able to email a letter to you. Please email registrations@eci-glasgow2012.com to request a letter. Please note: invitation letters can only be issued to invited speakers. Delegates and abstract submitters can be given a letter to confirm their registration/abstract submission. If your visa is declined we are only able to offer refunds in line with our cancellation terms and conditions (see below).
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat, Kenes UK to registrations@eci-glasgow2012.com. Registration cancellations will be accepted until 13 August, 2012 with a refund as follows:
- Emailed, faxed or postmarked prior to 16 July, 2012
Full refund (less 10% administration fee) - Emailed, faxed or postmarked from 16 July – 13 August, 2012
50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation) - Emailed, faxed or postmarked after 13 August, 2012
No refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to Kenes UK if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
